The school fees cover twelve calendar months and may be paid in monthly installments or in advance. No reduction is made for holidays or broken periods. Pupils are liable to pay full fees as long as their names are officially on the rolls. Fees once paid are not refunded.
Annual fees must be paid together with the Admission fees.
The amount paid cannot be refunded even if the pupil for any reason should leave the school immediately.
Parents are requested to keep the receipts issued to them and produce them as a proof of payment, if needed.
Pupils failing to pay the fees for three consecutive months will have their names struck off from the rolls without any notice. They may, however, be re-admitted on paying all arrears and fines.
Pupils joining or leaving the School during the year will have to pay all the fees for the academic year in full, including the annual fee in advance. Absence from an examination does not mean exemption from examination fees.
Pupils whose dues are not cleared completely will be banned from sitting for the examinations.
Any communication should be addressed to the Principal and not to the Class Teacher.
The School fees and other charges are liable to be revised at any time.
