Jyotiniwas High School is a Catholic minority institution, run by the Archdiocese of Guwahati. Inspired by the teachings of Jesus Christ whose values are love, peace, fraternity, equality, joy, service, forgiveness.
The Motto of Jyotiniwas High School Is “I am the light Arise and Shine” resembling the school as an Abode of light and Knowledge. The school’s vision statement is “A place of enlightenment to shape the future”. Living up its vision and motto, the establishment aims to impart a sound education, character formation and self-discipline and thus train every student to become well- disciplined citizens of our Country

Admission for Academic Year 2026-2027

Registration Period: 1st November to 30th November 2025

Online: Through the school website jyotiniwashighschool.edu.in
Offline: Forms available at the School Counter from Ist November 2025 (with required verification documents)
Important Points to Note
A hard copy (PDF) of the online-submitted form must be submitted at the School Counter with self-attested documents between 4th-6th December 2025, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
New admission sessions for Class Nursery will be held on 8th and 9th December 2025.
Age Eligibility: Children born between Ist March 2022 and 1st March 2023.
Seats are limited. Once filled, the online portal will be closed.

REGISTRATION
1. Registration form for NURSERY must be submitted online through school Website (www.jyotiniwashighschool.edu.in). Online submission will be active on 1st November 2025. Only the first 100 applications will be selected.
2. Age criteria for eligibility Only children born between 1st March 2022 and 1st March 2023. are eligible for admission.
3. Key points during the time of registration online:
- A valid mobile number
- A valid E-mail ID
4. A recent passport size photograph of the child in jpg format and size of the Photo not more than 150KB, must be uploaded as part of the application form.
5. Fill in the particulars of the child (i.e., name, parent’s name, and date of birth) correctly in capital letters. The date of birth filled in the form must be the same as the one recorded in the date of birth certificate issued from the municipal corporation or Registrar of date of Deaths & Births / Local body. No change whatsoever will be made after the admission.
6. A hard copy (PDF) of the online-submitted form must be submitted at the School Counter with self-attested documents between 4th-6th December 2025, 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
7. Following documents should be attached with the hard copy of the form filled online.
a) One passport size photograph of the child and one family photo.
b) Photocopy of Birth certificate.
c) Photo copy of Aadhaar card
8. Only hard copies of the filled online forms, deposited at the school will be considered genuine. Others will not be considered.
9. Registration of a candidate does not guarantee his/her admission.
10. After scrutiny, only shortlisted candidates will be intimated for the interaction session via massage. These parents will be required to have an interaction with the school for preliminary documents validation.
11. No subsequent requests for meet and talk session shall be considered if the child is not brought for the session on the appointed day.
12. If your ward is selected it will be informed through Phone call or SMS
13. There will be no reconsideration for the candidates if he/she is not selected.
14. The decision of the management committee will be final.
15. Incorrect of complete information automatically disqualifies the candidates. Each applicant will be issued only one form.
16. Documents submitted with the application form will not be returned.
17. The application form is non-transferable.
18. Recommendation or approach through middlemen will result in disqualifying of admission.
19. Neighbourhood applicants too will be given priority.
20. School shall not provide conveyance. Parents have to organize the transportation mode of the ward.
21. Rules and regulation for admission will be intimated to the selected candidates.
